About twenty kilometres to the west of our resort is the famous Tanah Lot temple which is part of one of the most beautiful sites on the island with its unique location on a large rock which is practically covered with high tide.
It protects Bali from evil spirits likely to come from the sea. Legend indicates that the high priest of East Java, Nirartha, was struck by the beauty of the site and decided to build the temple there.
Walk on the cliff path to discover the auxiliary temples.
In a sublime and romantic setting, we marvel at the beauty of the place, especially at sunset.
So you can take the time you need to relax, enjoy the ocean view and the famous Bali sunset.
On the way back, lunch or dinner is possible at Echo Beach, the world famous surf spot. Many local restaurants are located there, you can also eat European, Italian etc.
